Irina Komarova. Maternity and business

Being on maternity leave, Irina realized that she wanted not only to develop herself, but also to help others, combining her career and motherhood. She chose the path of career consulting and became a franchisee "Punct B", creating a successful business.

We asked Irina some important questions about her journey:

Why did you go into career guidance?

While on maternity leave, I realized that I really want to help people. Plus, an important criterion was the ability to work remotely, and combine motherhood and implementation.

Where did you start?

I went for 3 days of meeting the founders, then a week of free training. Career guidance training. Franchise 2.0, then franchise 3.0.

Everything is gradual and measured.

What are you getting at?

She's grown a lot. Morally, psychologically and financially. I never thought I would have a business. There were no such examples around. Now I have a good income, combine work with family and motherhood, plan my day. I live and enjoy life. I feel like a confident and fulfilled woman. Developing, I have a coach. I'm thinking about expanding. And most importantly, I help people.

What difficulties were in the way?

There were a lot of fears. A whole new experience for me. Out of your comfort zone.

How did they decide?

Walked into my fears. I did, even if I gave up.

Huge support from Punkt B, Ira Kravchuk. Always cheer up, give good advice and raise "falling hands"
