Purposes, data and retention
The source policy covers registration and identification, contract performance, reporting education credentials to the federal register, marketing communications and service improvement. The stated default retention period is three years after the last activity, followed by deletion from the operator’s servers.

Consent
Consent is recorded when a user registers, signs in through an external service, edits account information, submits a feedback or training form, or continues a recorded call after being informed. Consent must be informed and conscious under Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
Recipients and processors
Data may be transferred with consent, under a processor instruction or to law-enforcement authorities. The source names GetCourse System LLC as a processor for access to online activities and Rosobrnadzor as the recipient of education-document data for the federal register. Users can unsubscribe from marketing emails through the link in each message.
Security and blocking
The operator states that it performs scheduled security checks, uses technical safeguards, evaluates protection tools, controls access and logs operations. Data is blocked when it is inaccurate or processed unlawfully.
Deletion
