And increasingly, I hear from my clients, “Yes, I don’t want to do this for a long time and I’m burned out, but it seems that this is not the best time to change.” I see people froze, afraid to start a new one, put off plans amid high uncertainty and fatigue from “analyst forecasts.” Is this the right strategy?
