Thus, from July 3 to 10, Tashkent hosted the first training on choosing a profession among children from 14 to 16 years old. Our partner Irina Kim shared her impressions:
It was exciting, emotions were overflowing, but after meeting the participants, according to the script, trusting relationships were established in the group, the whole program was easy and fun. From the first day, the children were interested in the format of the training, especially the game tasks. Even when they did their homework, they were very responsible. The second day was filled with a competitive spirit: the children wanted to win, each showed their individuality. The format of the training allowed the children to feel like adults. After the program, everyone came out motivated. We are confident that they will follow the plan that they have written themselves.
Parents discovered their children from the other side and saw their potential in new ways that they never thought of.
