Where did it all start?
On June 6, the Hero Academy project started as part of the four-day forum My Superpower.
22 young heroes from different parts of Udmurtia abandoned their gadgets and left the comfort zone for what? For new discoveries, self-confidence and key life skills.
It's not every day that teenagers are ready for this kind of test, is it?
What was in the program?
The event was divided into blocks with team building and master classes. Can each participant feel the support of their mentor and the entire team?
What results?
Each hero has learned to overcome fears and see every mistake as an opportunity to grow. We often forget that failure is not the end, but the beginning of a new path. How important this understanding is for the younger generation!
