Why went into career guidance, although I worked in HR and at the same time consistently earned?
We have no career guidance in Pervouralsk and besides, I have a teenage child. Therefore, before becoming a partner of Punkt B, as a conscious parent, I began to look for a career guidance for a child in our city and... I found nothing!
Then I began to study for myself what it was. And I was so caught up in this topic! But in Pervouralsk there is not even offline training. And it was at that moment that I, together with my colleague, opened a career guidance center in Yekaterinburg, I was trained at Punkt B.
This is the story of me becoming an expert in career guidance. Remembering all my experience, I went up from the bottom. When she reached the bar, she lost interest and moved on.
And the last 2 years at HR, I was freelance and decided to step out of my comfort zone. I set myself a new bar and went into career guidance.
Why did you choose our franchise and decide to start with Punkt B?
When I wanted to go for career guidance training, I had 2 schools to choose from. I began to study you from all sides. I scoured the internet and didn’t find any negative feedback. I thought, "How is that possible?"
I've been to all your seminars, webinars. And when I started recruiting for the franchise, I again monitored Punkt B and made the decision to enter the franchise, conducting global analytics.
Is it possible to combine HR and career guidance?
I've tried combining it, it's possible. But I decided to devote the whole working day to career guidance, so she captured me. It's freedom. My work can start at lunchtime and finish at 9pm.
Yes, I was thinking in parallel to deal with two areas and asked myself the question: “I could?” I could, but the stage of becoming me would have been longer. So I just took a dip and decided not to spray.
We hope that the inspiring story of Olga Kuznetsova has inspired all HR professionals who want to find a new exciting business and increase their income.
