Online discussion with education experts is what we originally called our international online conference “Creating the Future”, the idea of which was born in April of this year at the Moscow International Salon of Education.
Our idea was to have 10 live dialogues with interesting people and ask them the questions we care about: what to do next, what to teach and learn and how to develop in the field of education.
Education will definitely save the world! Along with beauty, of course.
We are very pleased that more than 1,100 participants watched our “dialogues” with the founder and program director of the international educational conference EdCrunch Nurlan Kiyassov, with the Director for the Development of Educational Projects of Yandex Sergey Brazhnik, with the co-founder and CEO of the world’s first educational network Megacampus Grigoriev Avetov, with Dr. Oscar Brenifier and other guests.
Each speaker shared his vision of how education can build the future now.
For the team of our project, the opinions of our guests about the importance of developing the skill "Skill to learn" were very valuable. Having been engaged in career guidance and building an ecosystem in this topic for 10 years, we began to look at this topic a long time ago and in May of this year we created a new product - the curriculum "Study Ability and Confidence at the Exam". This program is based on the internationally recognized methodology for developing effective learning skills and preparing for Lance King exams.
At our conference, many speakers talked about this skill as a core skill.
We are learning a lot and often.
And we will learn even more, as the leading futurologists of the world predict.
In short, in the future it will be good for those who can quickly learn new things.
The second important skill of the unstable 20s (this is what some experts call today’s time) is the ability to quickly make choices and make decisions in the professional sphere.
Career guidance has long been a metacompetence.
Friends, by 2025 the projected number of the ALFA generation (the oldest of them is now 12 years old) will be 2,000,000 people.
During their lifetime, these people will have to change an average of 17 employers in 5 fields of activity.
The demand for the services of experts who help to choose a profession and build an educational trajectory is growing every year and will continue to grow!
If you did not have time to watch our conference, be sure to do it, it is available here.
