How do I understand who my client is?

Why do some clients return repeatedly while others disappear after the first contact?

Have you ever wondered why some customers come back to you again and again, and others disappear after the first contact? The answer is simple: not all customers are yours. How do you know who your ideal customer is?

Analyze the current audience

Look at your best customers. Who are they? What unites them? Their age, interests, needs? Often the keys to understanding your target audience lie right in front of you.

Solve a specific problem

Your client is someone who is looking for the solution you offer. Clearly define the problem your product or service is facing and the customer will find you. And if you understand their pain better than they do, they will stay with you for a long time.

Identify values

Your client is someone who shares your values. Whether it’s environmental friendliness, innovation or quality, it’s important to understand what drives your customer on a deep level.

Don't be afraid to weed out.

Not everyone can be your customer, and that’s okay. Don’t waste time with people who don’t share your philosophy. Focus on those who really care about your suggestions.

Remember, your ideal customer is someone who needs you as much as you need them. And the better you understand it, the easier it is to build a successful and long-term relationship.
