How do you become more productive?

Familiar with the situation when it seems that you already keep a diary, and all tasks are fixed, and even all work chats are broken down into folders by degree of importance, but... more productive as if it did not? What do I do?

→ Use the two-minute rule

The bottom line is simple: if the task is completed faster than two minutes, it should be done immediately. For the most part, it is the little thing that distracts us from the most important thing and takes 80% of our working time - write a reminder to a client, book an audience, respond to a colleague - and there are a lot of such micro-tasks, and the worst thing is that they constantly accumulate!

→ Use the “One Task” technique

The first rule is to focus on one thing. Select 3 key tasks for the day and do not get distracted by secondary ones. You do not need to make a lesson plan and simultaneously coordinate a new event with colleagues. Or worse, don’t talk to your child on the phone and try to read new information for a lesson.

→ Use Focus Mode on Your Phone

Yes, perhaps the simplest advice, but no less effective! Turn on the focus mode on the phone, and then the eternal news and messages that endlessly distract us from business will stop stealing your attention, and time will be 1000% dedicated to work.

We asked one of our founders, Natalia Novoselova, which one does she adhere to in order to have time?
