We share with you the global analytical report “The Future of Jobs” from May 2023, which was published under the auspices of the World Economic Forum in Davos.
The study brings together the views of 803 companies employing more than 11.3 million people from 27 industry clusters and 45 countries from all regions of the world.
In total, 26 skills, we identified the 9 most important:

Companies emphasize the importance of resilient and reflective workers embracing a culture of lifelong learning.
